Boarding Accommodations

All riding surfaces are irrigated and groomed daily, with excellent harrowing equipment.

20-stall barn with roof designed to maximize ventilation, 16 ft. barn aisle, automatic fly system, hot water wash rack, automatic waterers, closets in group tack room.

Box stalls- 12 ft x 12 ft with stall mats and excellent quality wood shavings, double Dutch doors, 12 ft x 24 ft run on each stall. Runs are 6 ft. tall with 6 rails that are welded so that horses cannot get their head through to rub manes out, etc. $485.

“Condo”- 16 ft x 20 ft x 6 ft. tall; 12 ft. x 16 ft is under a 3-sided shelter. Each Condo is separated from the next by 3 ft. Condos are constructed of extra heavy-duty welded mesh panels. Each Condo has an individual 3 ft wide x 5 ft deep. tack closet. Condos are placed as to maximize protection from rain storms in the winter and to provide maximum shade in the summer. $410.

Pipe corrals- 24 ft x 24 ft, 6 ft. high with 6 heavy duty rails, welded so horses can not get head through. Corrals have large shelters, sufficient to provide a dry area during heavy rain. Each pipe corral has a tack cubicle. $325.

Pipe corrals- 16 ft x 36 ft, 16 ft x 10 ft under shelter, group tack room. $275.

All facilities have automatic waterers, and thoroughly cleaned once daily. Horses are fed twice daily, owner’s choice of excellent quality, barn stored alfalfa hay or Bermuda grass hay. A optional lunch program is available for $40. per month.
